The goal of this assignment is to setup an R project for your seminar work that is tracked with git, linked to your GitHub account, and contains a webpage to organize your assignment links.

• Create a new repository in your github account named YourLastNameBIOL7263
• Create a new R project with version control and link it to this GitHub repository
• Create an index.rmd file with titled BIOL7263 Portfolio or something similar.
• Knit this file to an html file
• Create an assignments folder in your project folder.
• Create an Assignment1.rmd file with titled Assignment1 or something similar. Add the test Hello World. Save this file to the assignments folder
• Knit this file to an html
• Add a link to the Assignment1.html file in the index.rmd and knit.
• Add files, commit changes, and push to GitHub
• On the GitHub website, set up hosting of your index.html file.
